ENOUGH SAID...
Hope's "plopping a plant" urn & window box
Well, the planters that our painters constructed and attached to our home when we painted back in OCTOBER have finally been FILLED WITH PLANTS!!! And, yes, you guessed it...no, I did not do the planting! I definitely lack a green thumb! As with most everything else in this world, you can actually pay someone to do this for you-amazing, ha! My type of "planting" is "placing" a fern (still in the basket!) in the planter - Sharon, the lady who planted my other boxes, recommended this & I LOVE it!
Look at that bow & those fingernails!
I came across this pic while organizing my old files...LG decided to color and yes, that is RED INDELIBLE INK!!! She was so proud that she had colored herself AND the kitchen floor...what an artist! Those are paper towels that I tried to get the ink off with - didn't work so well.
LG loves helping me cook...(yes, it is rare when I cook but when I do, she wants to help) - I'm making an effort to cook more so we don't waste so much $ eating out! After church today I asked LG if she wanted to make vegetable soup - We got a little carried away with the veggie part and used onion, celery, green beans, okra, tomatoes, kidney beans, carrots, mushrooms, corn, peas & elbow pasta! If I may say so myself...it was DELICIOUS! Great Job, LG!
