We all joined Honey at Tybee last week...she is making progress on the little house -EVERYTHING has been ripped out, walls removed, new closets added, had to replace ALL the plumbing under concrete floors & they are supposed to put in the front/back doors this week. Mom had the ceiling ripped out & wanted to just leave the rafters showing but since there is no insulation now the inspector said she has to put on a whole new roofing structure. Oh, the joys...she LOVES having this project as her creative outlet!
Papa & Daddy played in the MG last weekend & had a blast as always! The girls & I just returned to Macon yesterday and enjoyed a wonderful week at Tybee...swimming, beaching, boating, shopping, eating, watching TV (mom & I got hooked on a SIX HOUR STRAIGHT - no lie - marathon Batchelor rerun - ridiculous, but so fun), Steel Magnolias - LG first time (one of mom & my favorite movies), Pretty Woman (after kids went to bed), visits w. Kathryn, Martha & Nini. The doctor said Nini could go home (from Buckingham) with caregivers so she is now home - we'll see how long that lasts b/c she already won't let her cargivers in the house!
